Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The exact charge will be shown before you confirm your order.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products. We will resolve the issue promptly — either with a replacement or a refund.
